How to brew a cough cloudberry depends on which parts of the plant you are using. The maximum effect is given by the use of leaves and sepals. Infusion of cloudberry leaves for cough treatment
- half-liter glass jar;
- 1 tbsp. l. leaves;
- 450 ml boiling water.
Pour cloudberry leaves into the jar, pour boiling water over them and close the lid. You can cover the jar with a towel on top and leave to infuse for at least 3 hours.
Infusion of cloudberry leaves can be taken in two ways to choose from (preferably hot):
- Divide the product into three doses (approximately 150 ml). Drink after your main meal (three times a day).
