Ways to combat whitefly in the garden, greenhouse

Summer residents, how to get rid of a whitefly? Unfortunately, they missed the moment of the appearance of insects, the pests have already managed to lay eggs on most of the plants, leaves in a white bloom. Fuchsia suffered the most, the leaves have already turned black
Help solve the problem, please.

whitefly on flowers Whitefly - a very small white butterfly that settles on the underside of the leaf and lays its larvae there. As a result of leaf damage, the plant receives less nutrients and, as a result, begins to hurt.

The whitefly loves mainly flower indoor plants, and in a greenhouse it affects cucumber leaves. Whitefly tomatoes "eat" less willingly, because of their pungent taste and smell.

It has been noticed that this insect is not indifferent to high temperature and humidity. In this regard, the best prevention would be to ventilate the protected ground to reduce the influence of these factors. Please note that greenhouses must be equipped with upper exhaust vents, but frontal ones alone are not enough. And you do not need to thicken the plants in the greenhouse, do not create a jungle in it.

Of course, we will not use chemistry in our greenhouse, so we will carry out the entire fight against whitefly in two ways. The first one is spraying plants with caustic infusions of favorite insecticide plants: garlic and wormwood.

The second method is to trap insects with glue traps. In addition to special traps, fly sticks can be used. You can make traps yourself. On the yellow cartons, for some reason the whitefly especially respects him, you need to apply petroleum jelly or castor oil. The effect can be enormous.
