Both me and my husband do not like grape wine, but we liked the tincture. We decided upon arrival home and to make one for ourselves, especially since we have just such a variety and has already ripened. The main secret of a quality drink is the careful selection of berries. Of course, they should be ripe, already having enough sugar content. Disassemble the bunches, separate and sort the berries. Pick only whole ones and wash them well. Do not forget to dry them so that water does not get into the workpiece and spoil its taste.

The further process is very simple and is as follows:

  1. Fill a 3L container with berries to the very top.
  2. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons straight on top. l. Sahara.
  3. Pour in 1.5 liters of good vodka.

Now it remains only to tightly close the jar and put it in a dark place. Withstand the workpiece for at least 2, or even better - 3 weeks. Then strain and bottle. In a cool place, the tincture can be stored for a long time.

Do not forget to shake the bottle periodically while infusing the drink.

  • sort, separate and wash 2 kg of grapes;
  • squeeze from them juice (conveniently through a juicer, but you can also use your hands);
  • heat the juice, but do not let it boil;
  • add 5 tbsp. l. sugar and stir to dissolve completely;
  • pour 1 liter of vodka into a glass container;
  • add cooled juice.

Shake the tincture well, cover and refrigerate immediately. It cannot be stored for a long time.
