Classic verandas are usually made of wood, with carved decorative elements and a solid roof covered with modern roofing materials. - Swivel (French) brackets with fixing straps. This multifunctional type of fastener allows not only to fix the awning in a straightened form, but also to fold part of it up or to the side. The price is correspondingly higher than for a construction with Velcro.
- Aluminum track with rollers. It is rarely used and expensive. The curtains in such awnings can only move to the side.
The awning for the veranda can be fixed in other ways, but they are not in great demand and therefore are not worth our attention.
As for the care of these products, it is not complicated. You just need to remember a few rules. This is especially true for PVC awnings. They are more beautiful, but also more vulnerable to mechanical damage. Therefore, the surface should be washed with non-aggressive cleaning agents and warm water. To do this, use a soft cloth that does not leave marks and streaks on the surface of the film. Rinse thoroughly with cold water at low pressure.
