How to feed surfinii and pelargoniums?
All indoor plants need regular feeding, but this is especially important for flowering specimens, because the lion's share of their nutrients is spent on tying buds. Such beauties as pelargoniums and surfinias are no exception. Growing in a confined space, and even blooming for a long time, these plants require timely replenishment of nutrients. Even if planted in nutrient soil after a certain time, the flowers use all the reserves of trace elements in it.
This directly affects not only the overall development, but also the quality of flowering - it becomes scarce and scarce, and sometimes even absent altogether.
To date, flower growers have problems with the choice of fertilizers for pelargonium and surfinia not. In flower shops, many complex preparations with a balanced composition of trace elements are sold specifically for flowering plants. They, like no one else, need not so much nitrogen, but potassium and phosphorus.
Potassium and phosphorus help to set more buds, extend the flowering period and help avoid crushing the buds.
Liquid forms of fertilizers
The most common fertilizer for regular feeding pelargonium and suphrinium are concentrated solutions. They are used to prepare an irrigation solution and water the plants with it once a week.

- Clear sheet... It can be applied to the soil dry when planting plants (1 scoop of the preparation per 5 l of soil) or used for watering twice a month by preparing a solution of 0.5 scoop per 3 l of water. With a weaker solution, it is also good to spray pelargonium and surfinia on a leaf (1/4 spoon per 5 liters of water).
- Master Agro... Water during the growing season of plants with a solution of 5 g of the drug and 2 liters of water no more than 3 times a month.
