The electric brood hen solved a difficult problem - how to breed the birds if the eggs are collected and there is no one to hatch them. The Cinderella incubator is an inexpensive thermostat developed at the Olsa-Service enterprise in Novosibirsk. The device takes into account the rural reality, and is capable of operating from a 220 V network, with automatic switching to a 12 V battery or receiving heat from the poured hot water.

Keep a fully charged car battery nearby. Connection is made with special clamps. The absence of voltage in the network is indicated by a sound signal and a blinking indicator.
At the end of incubation, the temperature and humidity regime changes. The metal mesh is removed from the top and the overturning device is turned off. Chicks hatch in silence, a squeak is heard. It can take about a day from pecking to full exit. After that, the chicks are allowed to dry and transferred to a brooder.
The instructions for the Cinderella incubator do not provide information about changes in temperature, humidity, the need for airing by weeks of embryo development. For different birds, the mode and timing of hatching are different. Compliance with incubation requirements determines the percentage of recovery.
