But the original snack, made according to the principle of a cake, looks like Japanese sushi. The delightful combination of red, green and white shades is also striking. To prepare such delicacies, it will take very little time and products.

The recipe uses biscuit dough. You can paint it green with parsley or spinach. The paste is made according to the following scheme:

  • chop greens with a knife (preferably only leaves, no branches);
  • interrupt her in a blender;
  • add separated yolks (4 pcs.);
  • sour cream (70 g) of any fat content;
  • stir intensively.

Sift 120 g of flour and pour 5 g of baking powder into it. After that, whisk 4 proteins until a steady state. At the beginning of the process, salt is added, and a little later - sugar. Now you need to combine flour and green pasta. The whipped protein mass is added to the resulting mixture in portions (2-3 tablespoons). It must be mixed carefully. Movements should be from top to bottom.

Parsley has a specific taste. Therefore, those who cannot stand it can use spinach leaves. The plant gives a rich color and does not affect the flavor of the dish.

It is recommended to bake the dough for snacks at a temperature of 180˚С. It will be ready in 15-20 minutes. To do this, use a baking sheet measuring 25X30 cm or 30X40 cm. The bottom of the form must be covered with parchment paper.

Grand finale

Remove the biscuit from the oven. Using a match, they check the readiness, it should not be sticky. When it cools down a little, it is taken out of the baking sheet and the paper is removed. The next stage is slicing. Form an even edge and divide the canvas into two even parts. Now the preparation time for the layer, as well as the decorations:

  • grind 300 g of curd cheese;
  • cut into a mass of greens, mix;
  • cut lightly salted salmon into long flat slices.

Only one part of the biscuit cake is smeared with cheese paste. A second is placed on top of it, and slightly pressed. Using a special tool, divide the "cake" into portions. Each of them is decorated with pieces of fish. You can lay out a voluminous rose, ring, diamond or star.

To make the pieces even, toothpicks are stuck on the cut lines. A cutting board is used as a ruler.

When a delicious snack appears on the table, guests will be at a loss for a while. Fans of Japanese cuisine will immediately appreciate the work of the hostess. The rest will wait a little with the delicacy, but then they will not be able to tear themselves away from it.
