Fantasizing with cheese snacks

Three pieces of cheese, 250-300 g each, are placed in a plastic bag and dipped in boiling water for 25 minutes, removing the pan from the heat. The product is taken out and rolled out with a rolling pin without pulling it out of the bag. Cut in the middle and along the edges.

Crab filling - without forgetting the classics

Hard-boiled three eggs. Separately rub the white and yolk on a fine grater. Crab sticks are chopped in the same way, mixing them only with proteins. 2-3 cloves of garlic are squeezed into the mass, salt, pepper and mix. The amount of mayonnaise is added to form a viscous paste. Now combine soft cottage cheese (150 g), grated yolks and a little mayonnaise. The base is smeared in the following sequence:

  • cheese-yolk mass;
  • lettuce leaves (cut off solid veins);
  • crab filling.

Each layer is applied evenly by pressing. Then they begin to fold the layer into a tight roll. In this case, the film serves as an assistant.

At the final stage of "wrapping" the edges are tied. The resulting sausage is sent to the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.

Greens and bell peppers - a world of contrasts

For this filling, you will need a lot of greens: cilantro, parsley, dill and feathers of young onions. Wash everything, chop, and then mix thoroughly. Now peel and cut the red peppers into strips (1 cm wide). The next step in preparing the snack:

  • grind 150 g of Adyghe cheese on a fine grater;
  • grind cottage cheese or soft cheese;
  • squeeze out 2 teeth garlic;
  • add Mayo.

The mass is mixed until a pasty consistency is obtained. Salt and white pepper are used as spices. Then they grease the cheese layer with it, lay out the pepper (in 2 cm increments) and smooth out the greens. Collapse in the same way.

Bell pepper does not fill the entire area. Leave 10 cm at the edge.

Ham and olives - a feast of aristocrats

The ham is cut into thin slices. The two cucumbers are cut (lengthwise) into long plates using a peeler. The bones are removed from the olives. Then the filling is prepared:

  • 100 g soft creamy (curd) cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of grated horseradish;
  • seasoned with mayonnaise and salt.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly. First layer - curd mass with horseradish, the second is cucumbers (not to the very edge), and the third is ham. On the side of the turn, lay the olives in a row and begin to fold. She freezes in the refrigerator. As soon as the appetizer is solid, it is cut into 1 cm portions and served.
