The average height of flowers does not exceed 30 cm, which allows you to create a unique image of the flower bed. Novice flower growers are often asked to help with the selection of flower seeds for a carpet bed. There is nothing difficult in this, because a beautiful, and at the same time blooming, carpet pillow can be created using:

  • annual flowers;
  • perennial plants.

Annuals for carpet beds

The advantage of using annual flowers is the ability to add flowerbed new image. When creating a flower garden, one should take into account the flowering period, depending on which the plants are divided into:

  • spring;
  • summer;
  • autumn.

It is best to use both groups of plants for continuous flowering.

Of the spring annual flowers that bloom in late spring, you can plant:

Perennials for carpet beds

Of the representatives of perennial plants, the following species will look great in a flower garden:
