Ideas for decorating a summer cottage

ideas for decorating a summer cottage The dacha is a place where the owners can realize the most unusual design fantasies. Banal household items that are already little used or ready to be thrown away can be decorated and used to embody the idea of decorating a summer cottage

Using plastic bottles

The first simple element is plastic bottles. Many summer residents use them to create interesting compositions:

  1. Imitation of a pond. The bottom of the bottle is cut out and painted from the inside blue or light blue. It will take several dozen bottles, but the end result is worth it. On the side of the cut, they are placed in the ground with a minimum distance between adjacent bottoms, which will already look like a puddle. A little more decorations: pebbles around the perimeter, imitation of water lilies and water lilies from the same white bottles, evening and night lighting around the "pond". Done!
  2. Fence. An often used idea, but that doesn't make it unattractive. The neck is cut off, the bottles themselves are filled with sand, earth, or left empty. The cut side is inserted into the ground at a shallow depth, end-to-end. It turns out to be an interesting mini-fence.

Use multi-colored bottles for a more colorful look.

Car tires and plastic pots

The second commonly used item is car tires of various sizes. Craftsmen make figures of animals from them, fences for small flower beds, from halves - fences. But if you find several tires of different diameters, you can assemble a cone-shaped flower bed: the tires are folded in decreasing order, earth is poured into each and small plants are planted.

Plastic pots. From a set of different sizes, you can create a human figurine: the largest pot is the torso, the smallest is the head, and the smallest ones fold into each other, tied and create arms and legs. If they are properly connected, it will turn out that the torso and head look at each other with their bottoms, so decorative flowers can be planted in the "head".

Pond from the film. A wide roll of plastic wrap or a large bag can be used to create the bottom of a small decorative pond. A pit of a suitable size is dug, covered with polyethylene, everything is filled with water. That's all! You can combine with the previous idea and put the "fisherman" next to the pond.
