Advise how to improve the suburban area with your own hands (photo)? Previously, they visited the dacha only for the season to plant a vegetable garden and harvest. And last year we moved there to live permanently. I wanted to give the site a residential and tidy look, especially since the grandchildren have appeared and will come.

It is natural for a person to strive for comfort, so it is not surprising that we want to see our home this way. If finances allow, this issue is easily resolved by invited designers. But this is not at all necessary, because there are many ways to ennoble a summer cottage with your own hands (photo later in the article). Moreover, most of the materials are literally underfoot. Building remains after renovation, outdated and broken things. Everything will go into action with a little imagination.

For many of us, the dacha has remained a place for weekend getaways and vacations. Come and admire the green lawn with bright flowers, inhaling clean air and drinking tea in the shade of a cozy gazebo ... This is what those who stayed there want, too.

Where does the dacha yard begin? From blooming flower beds and front gardens. They can be along the fence from the street side and inside, under the windows. And even to rise in the middle of the courtyard like colorful flower islands. And also from the green lawn, spread out in front of the house with a fluffy carpet. And from the paths, so mysteriously wagging between bushes and flower beds. And one of them must necessarily lead to a gazebo, almost hidden under the thickets of a climbing rose. And the second - to the sandbox in the shade of a spreading apple tree, if there are kids in the house. The third path runs right into a small pond. The fourth will open a secret passage to the beds of fragrant strawberries.

Nice, isn't it? What can be used to make such beauty?

Flower beds

Of course, you can plant your flowers just like that, but it's more beautiful if this area is separated by something. You can outline the boundaries and make a flower bed from such inexpensive materials:

• whole or broken bricks;
• bottles;
• old tires.

Lawn and paths

An exception should be made for the lawn. Better if it is small, but sown with good grass... This is a profitable investment, because in the future you will only need to cut on time.

To achieve an even seeding of the area when seeding by hand, walk first along and then across the lawn.

But the paths on the site can be made from what comes to hand, for example:

• planks;
• round (wooden cuts);
• stones.

Place to rest

The most beautiful gazebos are made of wood, but it is not necessary to make it completely like that. Place slate on the roof instead of shingles. Sew up the sides and top of the building with willow rods in the form of a “tyna”.

Mini ponds

Again, tires are useful, preferably large, tractor ones. Then the reservoir will be spacious. Dig the workpiece into the ground, cover with foil and fill with water. Decorate with pebbles on top.

Garden beds

And what a dacha without garden beds. They can be not only a place of work, but also aesthetic pleasure. Make high beds and install them as desired, not necessarily in a row, you can in a circle. The material can be boards, profiles, slate and even bottles.
