How to fertilize a currant bush without damaging the roots (video)

stick-stick Currant is a very healthy berry that is distinguished by its taste. When growing currants, in order to obtain a good harvest, appropriate care is needed, an important component of which is the correct and timely application of fertilizers. It should be noted that applying mineral fertilizers superficially, it is not always possible to achieve the desired effect. Fertilizer must be delivered closer to the roots of the bush. And how exactly to do this, so as not to damage the root system of the plant, can be seen in the video.

This method of fertilization suggests the use of the so-called stick-stick. Its design is very simple, it is also not difficult to work with it. You just need to insert a stick-stick closer to the roots and press your foot on the crossbar. The hole is ready. Fertilizers are poured into it and covered with a ball of earth.

All the details can be found in the video.

Currant is one of my favorite berries. I love to eat it in any form. My wife makes wonderful currant jam. At my dacha I have 11 bushes of this wonderful delicacy. There is no way to bring the yield to the optimal level. It turns out that I did not use fertilizers correctly. I watched the video and understood how to do it. A stick-stick is a very original way to fertilize a bush. A really convenient way, I will certainly try to apply it when fertilizing, I hope this method will help me achieve an excellent harvest.

There are always mice on the site. I stopped fighting them for the reason that besides them, there are moles, shrews, lizards, frogs and toads on the site ... in general, I feel sorry for them ...)
But, I noticed that almost under every currant bush there are old mouse holes: it is in these holes that I fall asleep feeding ...)
