- Pour boiling water over the grape leaves and hold in this water for 5 minutes, drain it.

- Wrap the cucumbers in grape leaves and place them vertically in a jar.
- Boil water and pour the contents into the jar. You will need about half a liter of water.

- Return the cooled jar to its normal position and move to the pantry.
Slightly wilted cucumbers should be immersed in water for at least 2 hours.
Cucumbers in grape leaves with apple juice
Cucumbers in grape leaves have a pleasant sour-sweet taste. apple juice. For such a provision, you will need 2.5 kilograms of small cucumbers and large grape leaves, the number of which will correspond to the number of cucumbers. For the marinade, prepare 50 grams of salt and the same amount of sugar, all this will be diluted with 1 liter of water and 300 grams of apple juice. The provided ingredients fit in one 3-liter glass jar, which should be washed with soda and steam sterilized for 7 minutes.
