How to make a brazier for a summer residence with a roof with your own hands
Dacha is a place for rest and active work in nature. After working hard on the beds, on the day off, you can invite friends to a barbecue. For frequent gatherings in nature, it is best to make a brazier for a summer cottage with a roof, highlighting one of the most comfortable places on the site. It can be a light metal structure or a stationary brick complex consisting of a barbecue, a barbecue, a hob.
Choosing a place for the barbecue
The suburban area has already been planned and planted with plants, but you still want to install a stationary grill with a roof. What should be considered when building a barbecue for a summer residence? The word stationary means solid, durable, located in a specially designated place.
Basic requirements for selection:

The width depends on the length of the skewers, but the optimal size is half the length. Minimum height 15 cm. With a lower skewer position, the meat will quickly fry on the outside while remaining moist on the inside. There is one significant drawback in high barbecues, it is a large consumption of firewood. The distance from the base to the bottom of the barbecue is not less than 80 cm and not more than 100 cm. The height to the roof is selected individually. The main requirement is to make it convenient to cook.
In the lower part, it is advisable to make a shelf for firewood. If it is planned to install the barbecue in the gazebo, the roof is not done, and the chimney is constructed in the roof structure of the gazebo. For a free-standing barbecue, a roof is needed to protect the kebabs from rain drops. This means that the roof structure must be larger than the size of the barbecue. For the convenience of preparing barbecue, make shelves up to 30 cm in size on both sides.

With the right layout, you will get a multifunctional facility for organizing evenings with friends.

A foundation laying is required for a brick structure. After drawing up the order, accurately determining the size of the gazebo, the location of the brick structure, proceed to earthworks and the preparation of building materials.
Construction works
Step # 1... Dig a trench for laying the foundation. Pour sand on the bottom with a layer of up to 7 cm and install a reinforced mesh and formwork. Pour with concrete mortar. The base should be 10 centimeters above the ground level. Allow the foundation to harden.
Important! The foundation tape is made around the perimeter of the gazebo and under the masonry area of the barbecue.
Step # 2... Remove the formwork and cover the foundation with roofing felt. Start building a barbecue. Lay the first two rows of bricks in a continuous layer and continue the work according to the compiled order.
Important! Barbecue firebox, stoves, barbecue is laid out from bricks and clay-sand mortar. All other elements are erected using a cement-sand mortar.
Step # 3. Proceed with the construction of the gazebo and the construction of the roof structure. Roof support posts can be made of bricks, metal pipes, or wooden posts.
